How activation works
Order the plan for your model and enter your device serial number (or IMEI) at checkout.
Do this BEFORE you activate the device — we can only register AppleCare+ on the day the device is activated (before you insert the SIM or set it up).
We register the plan against your serial number at Apple and email you the confirmation.
Already activated your device? Apple sells AppleCare+ directly within 60 days of purchase — on the device or by calling 000800 1009009.

This is the one-time plan for the full term. Apple's monthly plans and AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss are sold only by Apple directly on your device.
Each accidental-damage repair carries the Apple service fee shown in the Service fees section.

What do you need from me to activate it?

Can I return or cancel it?
AppleCare and AppleCare service products are digital. They are non-returnable and non-refundable once registration is completed, and cannot be exchanged as there is no physical product.
